We are working on a comprehensive API. If you would like to know more, email [email protected].
beatandraise.com holds every filing on EDGAR, from the 1990s to the filing accepted a minute ago, and processes each one far past the document itself: XBRL financial statements, every number in the text with its label, insider transactions, institutional holdings, Form D offerings, and every field of every SEC XML form. The API gives programs the same data our MCP server gives AI assistants.
Every form is mapped field by field from the SEC's own technical specification, so you know exactly what is there before you call it: 20 XML form families, 10,590 fields, 6,800,185 filings. The JSON keeps every element, attribute and their order, so it converts back to the XML as filed with nothing lost.
All under https://beatandraise.com/api/v1, JSON over HTTPS, authenticated with your API key in an X-API-Key or Authorization: Bearer header. Every result drawn from a filing carries its source: the file on sec.gov, the filing index, and a ready-made citation.
