/filingsList filings by company, form and date
Filing metadata, newest first, deduplicated per accession. Each filing's content_object lists its files (filename, doc_type, sequence, url on sec.gov; sequence 1 is the primary document). A file's beatandraise.com link is beatandraise_base_url + filename (sec_base_url + filename on sec.gov); the filing's source gives the primary document's links and a citation. 8-Ks carry their items ("2.02 Results of Operations…") and, when the press release has one, a headline. Without cik, from defaults to 30 days before to.
Parameters
CIK, 10 digits with or without leading zeros.
Form type as filed ("10-K", "8-K", "4", "13F-HR", "S-1"), or up to 20 comma-separated ("10-K,10-K/A"). Amendments are their own form types.
Earliest date, YYYY-MM-DD.
Latest date, YYYY-MM-DD.
Only 8-Ks reporting these Items, by number as the 8-K header states it ("5.02"), up to 10 comma-separated, matching any ("1.01,2.01"). Defaults form to 8-K and 8-K/A. Numbered since 2004-08-23.
Items whose text each filing returns in item_texts (item, title, text, highlight_url), for any 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K: by number or name, up to 5 comma-separated ("MD&A", "1A", "Part II Item 1A", "5.02"). A filing without the Item says "not in this filing". At most 25 filings per call, and the page is lowered to fit 500,000 characters of text.
true: return the text of the Items named in item=, as item_text would.
Characters of text per Item, 1000-100000 (default 10000).
Results per call (1-1000, default 100; at most 25 with item text).
Pagination offset.
