<font style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman" size="2">As of
September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2009, capital leases,
excluding the Winghaven facility, of $13 million and $14 million,
respectively, were included in equipment. Accumulated amortization
of these capital leases was $6 million as of September 30,
2010 and December 31, 2009. The Winghaven facility is
discussed further in Note 4 (Non-Cash Investing and Financing
Activities).</font></p>
<p style="MARGIN-TOP: 12px; TEXT-INDENT: 4%; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px">
<font style="FONT-FAMILY: Times New Roman" size="2">Depreciation
expense for the above property, plant and equipment, including
amortization for capital leases, was $18 million and $19 million
for the three months ended September 30, 2010 and 2009,
respectively. Depreciation expense for the above property, plant
and equipment, including amortization for capital leases, was $51
million and $55 million for the nine months ended
September 30, 2010 and 2009, respectively.</font></p>
