| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On August 25, 2025, the Company entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire Onum Technology Inc., a privately held company. The total purchase price for the transaction will be approximately $290.0 million, subject to customary closing adjustments. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal 2026.
