| Share-based Compensation | Note 11—Share-based Compensation The following table presents the equity awards granted to employees and non-employee directors under the amended and restated 2007 Equity Incentive Compensation Plan (EIP) for the three months ended December 31, 2024:
(1)Represents the maximum number of performance-based shares which could be earned. For the three months ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company recorded share-based compensation cost related to the EIP of $215 million and $200 million, respectively.
