| Subsequent Events | Note 20 – Subsequent Events Subsequent to December 31, 2021, on January 3, 2022, we entered into an agreement with CCI to amend terms related to our tower leases, Tower obligations and non-dedicated transportation lines. See Note 9 - Tower Obligations, Note 16 – Leases and Note 17 – Commitments and Contingencies for further information. Subsequent to December 31, 2021, on January 6, 2022, the FCC announced that we were the winning bidder of 199 licenses in Auction 110 (mid-band spectrum). See Note 6 - Goodwill, Spectrum License Transactions and Other Intangible Assets for further information.
