Suspended Wells	Note 7—Suspended Wells The capitalized cost of suspended wells at September 30, 2020, was $ 711 million, a decrease of $ 309 million from year-end 2019 primarily related to our Australia-West divestiture. See Note 4—Asset Acquisitions and Dispositions, for additional information. Of the well costs capitalized for more than one year as of December 31, 2019, $ 20 million was charged to dry hole expense during the first nine months of 2020 primarily for one suspended well in the Kamunsu East Field offshore Malaysia.
