| Capital Stock | Capital Stock Stock Repurchase Program. During the first quarter of fiscal 2025, we utilized the remaining repurchase authority under the $10.0 billion stock repurchase program announced on October 12, 2021 and we began repurchases under the $15.0 billion stock repurchase program announced on November 6, 2024, which has no expiration date. At September 28, 2025, $7.2 billion remained authorized for repurchase under our stock repurchase program. Shares Outstanding.
