Subsequent Events [Abstract]
Subsequent Event Subsequent EventOn February 20, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) were not authorized by the statute. Target is the importer of record for certain merchandise that was previously subject to such tariffs under IEEPA. The ruling does not establish a refund process, and significant uncertainty remains regarding how and when any amounts may be recovered. We are evaluating the ruling and potential actions available to us. Because the process, timing, and amount of any recovery are uncertain, we are unable to estimate the financial effects, if any, at this time.
