We obtain short-term financing from time to time under our commercial paper program. There was no commercial paper outstanding at any time during the three and nine months ended November 1, 2025, or November 2, 2024. In October 2025, we obtained a new committed $1.0 billion 364-day unsecured revolving credit facility that will expire in October 2026 and terminated our prior 364-day facility. No balances were outstanding under our credit facilities at any time during 2025 or 2024.
